How to Brew for Best Results

Great coffee starts with great equipment. Follow the instructions for your brewing device— pour-over, French press, espresso machine, or single-serve brewers all work beautifully with our beans.
Pro tip: Glass-bottom carafes often “burn” the first hot pour. An insulated carafe preserves flavor better.

Shelf Life & Storage

Our whole bean and ground coffee stay fresh 3–5 months in their original bags, thanks to our one-way freshness valve that lets air out but never in.
After opening, store your coffee in a sealed container away from sunlight for up to 2 months. Do not refrigerate or separate the beans from their natural oils—flavor depends on them.

Water Quality Matters

If your coffee tastes bitter, burnt, or metallic, your water may be the cause. Chlorine and fluoride can affect flavor. When in doubt, brew with high-quality filtered or bottled water for the best taste.
